Baymark Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and use project details for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, or stock media incorporated into a project are subject to their own respective licenses. The client assumes responsibility for maintaining any required licenses after project handoff.
Baymark Digital may offer a complimentary site preview at our discretion as part of our client acquisition process. This preview is provided as-is for evaluation purposes only. No ownership or rights are transferred unless a full project agreement is executed and payment is received.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free preview offer at any time without notice.
We deliver websites built to current web standards, tested across major browsers and devices at the time of launch. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free in perpetuity, as browser updates and third-party integrations may affect functionality over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baymark Digital's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
