Any third-party assets used in a project (stock photography, licensed fonts, plugins) are subject to their own respective licenses, which the client agrees to honor.
For us to deliver your project effectively, you agree to:
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, you will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any deposit paid is non-refundable once the design phase has begun.
If Baymark Digital needs to cancel or cannot complete a project for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any work not yet delivered.
Baymark Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of websites we build, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
